“Neil Pleasant was very helpful, detailing quality features of some carpets, answering questions, offering great pricing, and giving a quick and accurate estimate. Our job included new carpets in several rooms and new vinyl in several bathrooms. Pleasant Installs was most accommodating to our schedules and surprises as we had to arrange repair before the flooring install could continue. Our old home revealed rotten, water-damaged wood under old carpet in two rooms along with fragile plumbing problems. The workmanship was wonderful; with personable installers; Pleasant Installing, Inc, stands by its work. Our rooms are now really beautiful, even nicer than we thought possible with our budget. We will definitely be contacting Pleasant Installs for our next carpeting project.”

“Highly recommended, had a great experience from start to finish. We were quite picky up front trying to find the carpet we wanted, but at the warehouse they were patient while we explored a number of samples and debated all options. They were very punctual and professional when they came out to measure and flexible when setting our install date. The install went very well and once completed looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier with everything!”

We called late Friday afternoon after our property had flooded in the lower unit, looking for someone to come out as soon as possible to install new carpet. Neil took our call immediately and was able to give us a quote over the phone to install the next morning. Buddy, the installer, came out the next day (a snowy Saturday morning) and was highly efficient and professional. We would highly recommend their work and will definitely use them again in the future.”

They are very affordable, and have a huge selection to choose from. We will be back for our vinyl project in the next couple months.
