“I took my time and went to the showroom and the warehouse going back several times. I was pleased that Steve and Hunter worked as a team. I am thrilled with my final choice both in looks an in how it feels - it is not cold and does not feel hard. The part that was amazing was the installation. Kurt and Wayne went beyond on every part. They were meticulous, conscientious, and made sure they new what I wanted and then did it. The door to my laundry did not work when they took it off. When they replaced if after installing, they fixed it. They made sure I knew the proper way of taking care of the floor and not to use things like beater bars. While I spent about 15 minutes with the sales people, I spent two days with the installers and these guys are a reason I will return when I need other flooring.”
