Traci Lilly was extremely patient and helpful during our selection and Chris was a true perfectionist in the install. “I am very happy with the level of customer service provided by Dennis and his staff. When the floors were initially installed, my subfloor was not even and there was a bounce in the floating floor....they ripped it all out, leveled the subfloor, and replaced it- at no cost to me. Recently, a tread had come loose at a high traffic area at my sunken living room and they came and fixed it for free. Neither of these issues were their fault, but they went above and beyond to fix them in a very timely manner- highly recommend! Floors look great!”
