“As a first time carpet buyer, I highly recommend the team at the Monroe location of Outlook Flooring! From the initial quote request to the installation, every aspect of our experience was positive. I provided rough measurements for a quote and their pricing was ultra competitive. Carmen came out to get precise measurements and brought samples of the carpet I had selected so that I could see it in the space. The scheduler called and even rearranged our installation to best suite our timeframe. The installers were fast, clean and efficient at their jobs. They cleaned up and treated our home with respect. This was my first experience having carpet installed and it far exceeded my expectations on experience. I will be certain to recommend Outlook Flooring to anyone who is looking for a reputable carpet company.”
