“We were looking to change from carpeting in the bedrooms to hardwood which we had throughout most of our home. From start to finish our experience with Outlook Flooring was great. Kacie helped us select samples to take home, explaining the differences in each; Mark met came to our home to measure and, with his expertise, assisted us in finding the best match and details involved with the process from order, delivery and installation. Time frame was exactly as he projected. The day of install the two installers arrived earlier than the two-hour time frame we were given. We hate waiting for a project to start, so we were delighted to say the least!! These two guys worked extremely hard and never seemed to take a breath. Jason stopped by to check on the work during the morning. The floors are beautiful and the transition from the hallway to each room is flawless. We highly recommend Outlook Flooring!”
