“Everything from start to finish was perfect. We had the carpet pulled up in the living room, dining room and master bedroom and replaced with Mannington Laminate. The sales staff (Kelly) was very helpful and knowledgeable and the cost estimate was very competitive and reasonable. The turn around time from the day we walked in to look at flooring choices until the day the work was completed was less than a month! The installation crew was efficient, professional and friendly. They did an incredible job and the quality of their work was exceptional. They fixed the squeaky spots in these 30 year old floors; completed the work in less time than estimated; cleaned up everything more completely than any workers that have ever done work for us; and most importantly, the installation was flawless. There is not a single thing about the entire process that didn’t exceed my expectations. I definitely plan to go back to them to have the remaining bedrooms redone. I especially like that this is a local family owned and operated small business. I can recommend One on One Flooring without reservation—and already have to several friends.”

“William's quote was $500 less than another company; so, I chose One on One Flooring. Work was completed in a timely manner. but the behavior of the installation crew was less than professional. Examples: 1. They played a loud radio in the room while working. It didn't bother my wife, but was irritating to me. 2. They set up their saw about 10 feet from the front door and kept the doors open while working. There was a strong North wind that blew saw dust back into the house and all over the living room. My wife has Asthma and that wasn't good for her health plus the mess it made. 3. They left cigarette butts on the front walk and other debris on the driveway. 2/23/2018”
