“William and the team at One on One Flooring are all great to work with! They are very knowledgable on all the different flooring products, from hardwood to tile to different types of carpet. I've been a happy customer since 2004! They go above and beyond every time! In 2004, they installed oak hard wood flooring throughout my whole house located in Henson Hills subdivision. Changing the flooring completely changed the look of the house. In 2012, the house sold after being on the market for only 2 weeks. The flooring was a key factor in the short time on the market. I also have had the carpet replaced twice in another property of mine located in Hazel Green. I love the durability and look of the frieze carpet and could not be happier. The One on One team provided a lot of information on this product and helped with this selection. If you are looking for a small, local company with integrity who offers great quality products at very competitive prices as well as high quality installation services, I would highly recommend One on One Flooring. “Just finished a week of having the most exquisite hand scraped wood floors installed downstairs. The carpeting we picked for our steps tied in beautifully with the more traditional wood floors we have upstairs. I know it will wear well and hold up to high traffic from grandchildren, grand puppies and our 2 huge dogs. We have used One on One Flooring for all our floor needs for years now. William and his wonderful staff always guide us in the right direction. The help from Jamie and Kelly when picking the carpet was so much fun. From start to finish everything was perfect. The crew he uses are exceptional, and I personally like the fact that they stay with him year after year. They are prompt, courteous, and clean up as they go. As a retired military family who moved 18 times in 26 years that speaks volumes to me. We certainly have experienced many different places, people, businesses and without a doubt, One on One Floor Covering gets our vote as the best! Thank you, thank you for another job well done!”

“Working with One on One Floor Covering was a really pleasant experience. I had already been to several other stores prior to stopping at One on One. From the first visit there, it was different. William Cantrell was extremely helpful, he was completely professional, he always did what he said he would do, and he gave us a great price on our new carpeting. Although Mr. Cantrell did not carry the specific carpet we wanted (and had seen at another store), he was able to get that carpet - and at a much better price than what we had been quoted elsewhere. The installation was carried out exactly like Mr. Cantrell said it would be, and the installers were very polite and considerate, in addition to doing a great job. I've chosen some pictures that show the beauty of the new floor, plus they show how beautifully the carpet flows from a hallway into other rooms with no hint of a seam. Even in our den, where a seam crosses the main part of the floor, there is no evidence of one. I highly recommend One on One Floor Covering.”

“I absolutely love my new flooring from One on One! We purchased a beautiful vinyl from Mannington and it simply transformed our home. It added such warmth to our kitchen, laundry room, and baths that the house now feels like a cozy home. The Mohawk carpet is awesome, too. It is so soft & plush and our children love to play on it. “I love our new kitchen floor. In the planning stage, they let us take home samples, samples, and more samples until we finally found the perfect product. Then when our floor unexpectedly needed some serious leveling done from under the house, they got people over here the same morning and made sure it was properly done. One on One lost a day's work because of the delay, but they still managed to finish within the original 2-day timeframe. The installation guys were very neat, polite, and took pride in their work. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house as well. Job well done!”
