When I recently noticed issues with one of the rooms and contacted Matt, he jumped right on it: visited our home, processed the warranty and got the replacement carpet ordered. On the scheduled installation date, a team of one showed up and was absolutely amazing. He moved the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new and left everything neat as a pin. From start to finish, Norman's has exceeded expectations and I could not recommend them any more highly!”

“I have dealt with Norman's for many years, always found them to be professional and fair. My last project was to install new tile and carpet prior to sale of my home. They recommended the perfect carpet to balance cost and quality. I knew the tile I wanted and they originally bid to replace the underlayment as well. Turns out that was not necessary. They removed the charge without me asking. When the contractors were here, the owner came by to check on the work and make sure it looked good. Class act.”
