“I wish to thank Gary Norman for his Promptness to my request for tile work. Just in a few days from when I called he came to my home and on the spot gave me a bid. On the installation date Mark, the installer, arrived on the set time and began the work. As two were to be tiled it involved several days of work time. Each time Mark arrived on time, did the install and left the areas neat and clean. Marks workmanship was excellent and is what I had envisioned for the two areas.
