He explained everything in detail from start to finish. We accepted his offer, and Kelly, Jose, and his team did a fabulous job with the install of the carpet. “Mr. Hardwood inc has crews that show up on time and are professional and clean. The results are breathtaking. When they promise total property transformation they deliver. They have installed carpet, tile, LVP, hardwood, custom staircase, iron spindles, and performed dustless resanding. They finished out with installing trim and great interior painting. I’m thankful for this company.”

“Mr Hardwoods did an excellent job matching my existing hardwoods and installing additional flooring in 4 additional rooms. Kelly, my project manager, worked really hard to make sure everything exceeded my expectations and it did. Pedro, the installer, is a real Craftsman. Pedro and the crew worked very hard all day and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Wonderful from my first call to the follow-up call a day after install. I recommend Mr Hardwoods and will use them on my next project.”

“I was a Flooring Consultant and Project Manager for Mr. Hardwood, Inc. for about 10 years between 2006 - 2017. While I left on less than perfect terms a little over two years ago I can still say this... When Corey Ford (the Owner) say's that your satisfaction is guaranteed he means it! I have never in my life met another business owner so determined to exceed the already high expectations of his clients. He does this by only working with the "best of the best" and empowering them to make decisions that other companies wouldn't even dream of allowing. I don't know his current policy but when I worked with him the Flooring Consultants/ Project Managers were allowed to do whatever it took to make the customer happy (even discounting the job to a point of breaking even) without so much as texting him first. We were expected to remain in constant communication with our clients and constantly evaluate their happiness. If we even suspected less than 100% satisfaction we were expected to do whatever it took to resolve the issue immediately, even if it meant calling him on his cell at 3 AM. Even after any issues were resolved we were expected to notify him immediately so he could get updated on the situation and personally confirm that the client was truly happy. You'll be hard pressed to find a business owner that cares more about your experience or the finished product and it shows based on the way he makes his team an extension of himself! If you have any doubts at all as to what to expect from Mr. Hardwood I encourage you to not only look at the near perfect rating the company has but also consider the number of perfect ratings it took to get there! I would also encourage you to read the reviews of the very few less than perfect ratings. You'll probably find that many are from prior team members that just couldn't make the cut!”

“Mr Hardwood refinished our existing hardwoods and extended them throughout the main floor, stairs, upstairs hall, and master bedroom a number of years ago. Sharing this review now based on being solicited to do so through email. For the good news first and why I rated them at 5 stars. The flooring and stairs have held up very well over the years and we’re generally satisfied with our floors. Also, the owner will definitely keep coming back until you are satisfied. No concern goes unanswered and he stands behind his work. For the not as good, immediately following the install, we had to have the crew return a few times to address minor flaws and finishing needs, and to date, we still have one small area in our upstairs hallway that doesn’t quite match the rest of the floor when seen in direct light. This was an area where they had initially installed a board with a hole in it, which was patched, then replaced, and refinished several times. The end result was still off and I know that if I called they would have come back, but after the install and following trips, my wife had enough of the chaos in the house and waved the white flag. So we just let it go and moved on. If we extend the floors into more rooms or do the basement stairs in the future, I will use Mr Hardwood again. Other than the one small blemish noted above, the rest of the floors are great and the owner definitely stands behind his work.”
