“We used Moore Floors to rescue our 20 year old floors that were badly worn in several areas. From beginning to end they were phenomenal! There were spaces in the planks that were present when we bought the house. Another flooring company told us they could fill in the gaps with wood putty. Moore Floors said they “could” do that but they didn't recommend doing it because the putty would crack and jeopardize the finish on the close planks. They actually were able to shift the planks and pulled them together to close the 1/2 inch gaps that have been present for 20 years!!! They had 4-5 guys here at 1 time and they all knew their jobs and got to work without falling over each other! Their work was fast and thorough! It was spectacular to watch them in action. Once floors were finished and dry they came back to put new quarter round down and there was a problem with the molding at the sliding glass doors making the molding not lay flat. They worked on it for 30-40 minutes fixing the mistake the door installers made. They didn't stop until it looked RIGHT!! All of the guys I had contact with were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. If they didnt have an answer they had someone contact me who did know the answer! I will definitely recommend Moore Floors and if we ever need flooring they will be our go to flooring company. It was nice to not have to use big box stores. Being able to use locally owned store was much appreciated! I cant say enough about the quality of their work!!! OH MMY FLOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL”
