“What a pleasure working with Moore Floors, the staff was friendly and personable. When you first step in store you are greeted with a smile and outstanding service. Miss Carla, Brandi and Pam are very helpful, very patient, showed kindness and understanding. Kelly the owner is a sweetheart, truly cares about his customers, also his employees, feels like family owned. I did some lengthy research, visted several stores, finally made my decision to go with Moore Flooring. The brand was available, but not in my color choice or type. The ladies called company, found my flooring, also matched their price. I had to cancel installation twice, because delays with contractors, again very accommodating. The installers Roy, Juan Pablo and June Bug were great! They were all very respectful, pleasant and very particular never leaving a mess. I am ridiculously particular, so that says a lot. I highly recommend Moore Floors.”

“My wife and I recently received floor measurements and detailed quotes from Moore Flooring along with 2 other local competitors to lay hardwood flooring in our house in Pinehurst. We went with Moore Flooring and we’re very pleased with Kelly, one of the managers/owners there. He was super personable, knowledgable, patient and professional. Everything was performed as he said it would on time without any delays. Moore Flooring measured us at needing only 30 boxes of wood to complete the job… while both of the two other competitor’s quotes said we needed 33 boxes. Turned out 30 boxes got the job done just fine with some extra boards to spare! Roy came out to the house for the installation. Roy was AMAZING!! Super hard working and extremely upbeat on the job. Worked very hard and fast but truly excellent craftsmanship! Roy was so helpful and went above and beyond on the job for us, helping us out with couple other little quick fixes that he did not need to do, but did for us out of his kindness. Thank you Roy, you are very much appreciated !! I rarely ever leave reviews, but when a job goes this well it’s worth the time to give credit where it is due. Thank you Moore Floors”
