“Our experience with McCullough's Flooring was very positive from beginning to end. Everything was done in a timely manner and done well. The in-store personnel were very helpful and courteous as decisions were made to start the project. The installers (Jim and George) did excellent work, going above and beyond what was required. When unforeseen structural problems came up, references were provided for repair and they responded quickly and efficiently so that the project could resume in a timely manner. We could not be more pleased with everything.”

“We hired McCullough to replace the carpet with eliminated floor we could not be happier with the service that we received. From the sales person Jen to the installer's George and Jim they were wonderful to work with. They got it done in record breaking time they cleaned up after themselves. “We recently replaced the carpet in our living room with hard wood to match the dining area and entryway. I'd heard good things about McCullough's prior to deciding to use them for the job but "good things" is a severe understatement. Tom and the gentleman helping him were not only very friendly and professional, but also clearly knew what they were doing. The amazing attention to detail resulted in a room that looks like it has always been there rather than an after thought. I'm not the best with names and made it a point to call to specifically obtain his name for future jobs in our home. Our floors look AMAZING and I cannot be happier with the result.
