“I went to other flooring places but did not find the level of service I was looking for until I spoke with L&L's Nick Johnson. They did a beautiful job while I vacated the premises to avoid living through the mess. They even finished earlier than I anticipated. Yes, there was some dust raised but nothing we couldn't clean up ourselves. They were quite accommodating when I asked them to return to do a bit of touch-up afterward. Highly recommend!”

Nick and the other employee at the showroom were very helpful while I was making a decision on what floor I wanted. Heather, the office manager, was patient and responsive the entire time as well. My floors look amazing - great crew who clearly knew what they were doing. If I had one complaint it was that they did not bring the right caulk, but thankfully I had some that matched the floors. The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would recommend L&L to anyone and use them again if necessary.”
