There were a few hiccups in the process but as far as customer service, he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted in a timely manner. “We bought a new home and had chosen a company to install carpet. The week of installation we ran into an issue with availability and a delay, which would have set us back another week. The movers were already scheduled, and this was our spring break, so timing was important. I immediately called some local stores and found L & L Flooring. They came out immediately to measure, were able to get us the exact carpet we wanted, and installed it the same week. Heather and Nick were so awesome during the process. It took one day, and the price was nearly the same as the original quote. What was possibly a delay became an absolute blessing. They did such a great job that we inquired about redoing our hardwood floors in the older house to get it ready to place on the market. Again, fast service, great price, and top workmanship.
