After Susan came by to take a look at my floors and give me a quote, I knew I wanted to work with them. She made some great observations and recommendations on her walkthrough that made me confident in the company as a whole. “I could not have had a better experience with L&L. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to with how great they were. We remodeled an entire house and began to feel overwhelmed with flooring and tile. L&L went above and beyond in helping us and their attention to detail and the small things during the installation was great. We had them install laminate in our basement, engineered hardwood throughout the rest of the house, carpet in one room and on stair runners (that they refinished for us), tile in bathrooms with heated floors, and tile backsplash. They also stuck with their schedule in installing when we needed them to and when they said they were going to. Extremely reliable and communication was top notch. We've received many compliments of how great it all looks and we have L&L to thank for it. We would have been lost in this remodel without them.”
