“Jeremy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect carpeting and engineered hardwood flooring to renovate & update my first home. He took the time to explain the differences between real hardwood, engineered hardwood, Ivt and laminate, and helped me understand the differences for carpet durability, types of carpet fibers, styles of pile and so much more! He also coordinated with my contractor so I could take a step back to focus on family matters. Lucas and his team of installers for the engineered hardwood floors did an absolutely phenomenal job! ..but I will say there were a few (small) issues with the carpet install & that crew.. they didn't clean up after the job, leaving chunks of carpet fiber everywhere and some areas were too loose, so they had to come back out to fix those spots. They were definitely in a hurry and most likely would not have had to waste time coming out on a 2nd trip, if they had been more thorough (not rushing) in checking things over (and cleaning up) the First time. Anyhow, L & L has plenty of options for all of your needs whether it's for carpet, hardwood types of flooring, or tile. Overall, Recommend! And when you do go in, ask for Jeremy”
