“I was shopping around for a particular wall-to-wall carpeting. After receiving an estimate from Alexanian's I found Kosco carried the exact same type of carpet I was looking for. Ogi came out to the house to measure and was able to give me a much more accurate estimate for the amount needed. I was already pleased with the fact that I wouldn't wind up paying for extra carpet I didn't need but the timeliness and quality of the installation has taken that satisfaction to the next level. The installers were great! They arrived 15 minutes early, were very respectful of my home and space, assisted with moving furniture and left the place spotless when they were finished. The quality of the installation itself is fabulous - they left the edges perfect to easily accommodate installation of new baseboard when I asked them to do so which made my contractor very happy.
