“I originally contacted Kosco Flooring to discuss re-flooring an apartment on the upper level of my house. After years of neglect and questionable cleaning habits of tenants living there, the carpet had to go. Ogi and his team were not only knowledgeable and friendly, but also extremely professional and accommodating with my timelines. They took all the time needed to answer any questions I had on their full range of products, such as which would work best in my given application, pros and cons of each and then ultimately left the decision to me without any pressure whatsoever. Once everything was selected, the job was completed very quickly within the time stated even with some unforeseen challenges emerging after pulling the old carpet up (it’s an almost 150 year old house, so you never know what you’ll find). The end product looks fantastic and completely transforms the space. If I had to sum all of this up, I’d say; Great guy, great company and most importantly, all in all great value.
