“We decided to get an estimate from KLC Floors and that is how we met Kenny. He talked to us at length about the various issues we had regarding marrying tile, Pergo with a replacement for the old carpet. In less than 5 minutes he had a wonderful solution on how to proceed with removing the carpet and replace it with luxury vinyl flooring. We selected our flooring and we set a tentative date. They actually were able to move up the date for me and on the day of work a crew showed up right on time and ready to work! It was amazing and we are over the moon about our new floors. It is so much better than I even anticipated. Definitely use KLC Floors if you need floors. They are wonderful people to work with and the crew was outstanding.
