“The crews came to my home in Melrose Fl on short notice. The company scheduled to do my wood vinyl floors had to cancel. The two owners along with 3 other installers and helpers were there on time, worked hard all day and returned to make some changes that added to the appearance. These guys were very knowledgeable and great at their jobs. Reasonably priced and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Very professional. AJ Ford, Melrose, Fl”

“So excited about writing this review for KLC. My husband and I bought a place in Melrose that needed some work (drywall, painting, plumbing, flooring, etc.) I got estimates, talked to at least three dozen contractors, even had to terminate a drywall contractor. Many sleepless nights, tears and frustrations later I have a contractor I can BRAG about. KLC's Floors has been amazing. Justin came out several times to test, measure, show us products, etc. I questioned him until I was blue in the face and his countenance never changed. He calmed my fears, answered my questions, even the ones I repeated and has done the job he promised to do and so much more. My vinyl flooring looks awesome. I am so excited. Just when I didn't think things could get any better. KLC will also be installing my back splash. I will not contract with anyone in the future until I speak to KLC. If they can do what I need they will be my go to for all future needs! I highly recommend them for any job you want extremely well done and customer service don't get much better. Thank You KLC!”

“If you are even thinking about flooring, backsplash, bathroom remodel, etc. You need to call KLC. Justin and Kenny run a tight ship and they will not leave your home until you are happy with their work. Free estimates and a trustworthy crew is hard to come by. I've used them multiple times and they always clean up after the work is done and their attention to detail is hard to second to none. Give them a call, you won't regret it.”

“KLC'S Floors & More is an excellent company to use for all your flooring needs. They were very professional from the first day I visited their showroom. Flooring is not something a homeowner does every day, and it took me several months to make a decision. They were very patient, and always pleasant when I walked in the door to look at samples again! Finally selected carpet for the bedrooms and vinyl plank flooring for the rest of the house, approximately 2100 sq. ft. KLC's Floors scheduled the job in January 2018, showed up as scheduled, and completed the job in less than the estimated timeframe. They were very careful moving furniture around and returning it to its original location. All of their employees were very kind and respectful. The carpet and vinyl plank flooring turned out beautiful! Fast forward to September 2018. It was necessary for me to confine our cat to one of the carpeted bedrooms during a family gathering. When I opened the door to let her out, I found a mountain of carpet fibers and she had pulled the carpet away at the door. KLC's Floors were quick to respond to my call to see if it could be repaired, assured me it could be, and returned to repair the damage in a few days. Great service, and they repaired the damage at no cost to me! Amazing customer service! You won't regret doing business with Justin, Kenny and crew at KLC's Floors & More!”
