They delivered and professionally installed the pad and rug, and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them for carpet, rug, and hardwood. There were a few delays but ultimately everything was done and it is beautiful! Ronel, in particular, did a fantastic job with the stairs - installed new treads and risers and stained it to complement the flooring upstairs. He did a wonderful job.”
