“The people at K&N are very knowledgeable about flooring. We appreciated their suggestions. They carpeted 2 rooms in our basement for us and also our daughter's bedroom. We were very satisfied and had them come back to put more carpet in for us in the basement. The carpet arrived and we weren't quite ready for it as we still had some painting to do, etc. They never gave us a hard time for having to store the carpet for extra time. Then when it came time to install it they discovered some flaws and brought it to our attention right away and had to reorder. We had to wait another few weeks but were glad they let us know so it would hold up like it should. Thanks K&N!”
