Although there was an issue with the Luxury Vinyl we had picked out ( not K and N problem) Mike worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied in the end. Very patient and more than fair. Jason and Patrick were our terrific installers! Knowledgeable and very good at their trade! “Ask for Mike he will help you with any questions you might have. Mike was out to measure and had my quote the next day and by the way it was the best price in Fort Wayne. Jason n Pat came out and installed the flooring they were very friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend K&N Carpet to everyone. I love my floor. Best decision was going with vinyl plank flooring. I had the flooring installed in July and it still looks great.”
