“I moved into a new house that was lovely except for the kitchen and bathroom floors, which had awful outdated BROWN lino. EW! I contacted KC Flooring and they called me back the same day and we arranged for Kirk to come and make an estimate. He showed me all the latest in luxury vinyl for the kitchen, and lovely tile options for the bathroom. I really wanted to have the look of wood for the kitchen and I'm SO happy that luxury vinyl is available in a beautiful wood texture, which looks so real and is super easy to clean. I'm new to home renovation and I was anxious that the whole process would be stressful and protracted, but it took them literally ONE DAY to rip up and install the floor in BOTH (LARGE) ROOMS? I used to cringe whenever I looked at my floors, now I smile because they're so pretty! The new floors have honestly elevated my whole quality of life in my home. I still have some carpet that will need replacing in a few years, so I definitely plan to call KC Flooring again!”

Then, of course, the most important aspect, the quality of the product, and the quality of the installation...Perfection! Again, let me say, Perfection!!! We had a very difficult situation involving a rounded railing area in our loft and we were quite concerned about how well the finished hardwood flooring would look. Well, Marvin the installer was not only a craftsman, but he is a true artisan, the likes we have not seen in a very long time. Quality...above anything we saw at Home Depot, Value... very fair, Responsiveness...dealing with Jason was a pleasure. He was prompt in returning calls, always respectful, and pleasant.
