“Fantastic process from picking out flooring to installation. KC Flooring was quick and responsive to all the questions I had. No high pressure sales when we got the original estimates. The prices were very competitive and the crew that came out was quick and professional. When there was a slight issue after the install It was handled promptly. Seriously can't recommend them enough. They did a great job and the floors look fantastic.”

“My home project involved hardwood floor refinishing for 5 rooms and the replacement of wall to wall carpeting in 2 rooms, including stair runners. Additionally, painting was to be done in the same rooms by another contractor. From the beginning, KC Flooring worked in coordination with the painting contractor to schedule their work to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption to me. The work occurred as promised on all fronts. Additionally, one area of flooring has deep staining that couldn’t be finished out. KC provided an estimate to me in mid-project that was reasonable and completed the work without any delay to the planned time frame. The refinished floors and new carpeting look absolutely beautiful. Kirk was my contact and was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing but praise for Kirk and the KC team.”
