Steve hooked us up with a great installer, Joe Hickey, and the rest is history! It wasn't easy for Steve to schedule because we were a small job and it is a very busy time but he chased it down and we're ready for our kids to come home for Christmas.”

“I had GBFD tear down tile, laminate, carpet, and install new flooring throughout our house. The team was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Steve is an excellent sales/project manager that ensured things moved in a positive direction; before, during, and after the entire project. Sergey and his team, were professionasl and clearly skilled. I mostly needed to stay out of there way and let them do their thing. For any future flooring projects, GBFD will definitely be on the top of my list. Highly recommended.”

“Even in this time of supply line disruptions GB Flooring was able to get our materials together simultaneously for all 4 types of flooring (hardwood, LVP, tile and carpeting) used for our project. Stephen did a great job and showed a lot of patience with our selections, kept us informed of the progress of deliveries and scheduled the contractors such that they came contiguously right after each other. Given the accuracy of the construction timing forecast I was able to schedule the painters to come to paint the interior immediately after the flooring was complete. Sergei and his crew did an excellent job installing the LVP, Hardwood and tile. We had a special request for a hardwood pattern in our foyer which Sergei and his team laid out beautifully. Jose and his father, also Jose, did an great and very efficient job on the carpeting. We were only able to enjoy the flooring for a few days before the painters came in and covered it up. We are looking forward to them completing the job such that we can enjoy our beautiful new floor for a long time.”

“I needed to replace a 20 year old carpet in my fathers house, so it would be easier to move his hospital bed and wheelchair. Nancy was very helpful in making a selection, going to see my 92 year old father at home and letting him choose. Unfortunately, while what we picked didnt come in as expected, Nancy was able to let us know what they did receive and we swapped it out. It looks great. His care givers are so happy that it is easier to move him around. It was great working with Granite Bay Flooring. They let me know each step of the way what was going on.”
