“We recently moved into a home with a second floor master. Our almost 13year old Golden had major problems with the uncarpeted stairs. I went to WFC and could not have had a more responsive experience. We moved in in a Monday and by end of day Thursday the new carpet was installed. They followed the carpet order from shipping to destination but informed me step by step. Then had their excellent installer come to finish the process. I can’t say enough about customer service which is almost dead these days. No reason to look further for carpeting!!”
