Just finished two large projects, new wood floors throughout and we gutted our master bath and they did extensive tile, floor, two person shower, walls, etc. Turned out beautiful! “Jestin was super friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. Scheduling an appointment for measuring was easy and the appointment itself was slick! He brought enough samples to be helpful, but not so much that it was overwhelming. His quotes were right on par with other estimates, but his customer service far surpassed all others! Installation was super smooth and efficient, far exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend him to literally everyone, we loved working with him!”

“Our hardwood flooring turned out excellent! The quote, ordering of materials, and scheduling the job were all super easy and straight forward. Our installer did a fantastic job. A few times during the install, he stopped to ask how I wanted something done, providing insight on options so I could make an informed decision. He cleaned up every night, unnecessarily, which was nice so we could get a good look at the progress every night. (Ask for Luis, you won’t be disappointed!) The only thing that seemed a bit odd and kept me from giving a 5 star review, is that the business management never sent anyone out other than the installer at any time to check on things. One email in the middle of the job to see how things were going is all. I would think, with a sizable job such as ours, you would send someone out at least at the completion of the job to see how things went. Maybe take some pictures or get feedback on the install process or the installer?? Not a big deal in my case since everything was excellent. In the end, I would recommend Infinite. I would use them again. Next time I will ask for a final inspection though.”
