“Each phase of our project with Infinite Floors was excellent. We had a basement water issue and had to unexpectedly replace the entire carpeting in our finished basement. Sales: We met with Jestin and he gave us great information and options that tracked with our research. While we considered luxury vinyl planking, we decided to stick with carpeting after talking out pros and cons for our situation. We left with samples to mull over. When he and a technician came to estimate the job, both were respectful of our home. Jestin answered our remaining questions thoroughly. Contract management: Miranda in the office was friendly and courteous as we scheduled and coordinated the install and the down and final payments. Install: The installation crew worked fast and efficiently - and the final result was great. So much better and homier than what we had in the space before. We have an older home and are considering Infinite Floors for our future projects. We recommend the entire team without reservation.”
