“6/4 Post review Update: The owner himself came and looked at our floors and guaranteed that they could be replaced and redone and still match. This was just completed and it looks great now! We hired HFS to sand down our hardwood floors, replace several sections that were badly damaged and then refinish it all with a nice dark stain. To start I want to say that the office manager was amazing throughout and was the saving grace of the job. We had a few issues that came up during and after the work completed and they were great in sending workers back to fix the issues. The main issue we have though, is that the carpenter that replaced the damaged areas, replaced some sections with boards that were riddled with worm holes. We brought it up before the finish was applied and we were advised it was no issue and when they were done, it would not really be noticeable. Sadly, it was very noticeable and when we brought it up they came back and filled in as much as they could (pictures added before and after) which did help a bit but the end result is still pretty noticeable.”

“We had an outstanding overall experience with Hardwood Flooring Specialists. We especially appreciated Ty and Colby's excellent work on the hardwood floors throughout our home - they made the floors look almost like brand new. They are real pros who take pride in their work. Highly recommended.”

“We could not be more pleased with our new floors! The carpet was removed and replaced with engineered hardwood and our existing hardwood floors were sanded and stained to match. From the start to the completion of this project, the team at HFS were very professional, thorough and efficient. Every installer who entered our home was professional and respectful. The customer service we experienced from HFS far exceeds anything we have experienced in a long time! I highly recommend this company and will contact them for future projects at our home.”

“Hired HFS to repair kitchen hardwood and add some areas of hardwood to match. The work was affordable and the staff went out of their way to meet our tight schedule. Everyone who came to the house was very polite, professional and did an excellent A+ job. The office staff is among the best I've encountered and were always quick to find the answer and respond. Minor touchup issues were taken care of promptly. Highly recommend !”
