“Ok, so you are probably making a pretty big decision if you are reading this. We were too and fortunately we choose correctly. I'm writing this review because we almost didn't and I want to help as many people ultimately get the right job done by good people for a competitive price. We've been in your shoes and I remember the stress of making these decisions. I cannot say enough nice things about Chris, Shawn and their team. They were an absolute pleasure to have working on this project and their attention to detail is the only thing that out-shone their pleasant personalities. We contracted them to do our entire house, the project was pretty massive and we saved for a long time to make it possible. We shopped around and had really negative experiences with some of the larger companies in the area - go ahead and visit, they have nice showrooms but don't expect much after that. Additionally, we found out the most of the larger companies sub-contract the actual installation out (something we had major issues with in our last house). We got online and found Hampstead - we read the other glowing reviews and contacted them. I'm telling you - we never looked back. Chris installed over 2500 sq feet of hardwood in our house over two and a half weeks, they cleaned up every night, they went above-and-beyond to address squeaking in our sub-flooring and they were meticulous in everything that they did. I'm not only really impressed with their work ... I'm incredibly relieved that we wound up choosing them for the job. Please look around, it's part of the fun - but when you go to book someone for a project that you will live with for many years; choose Hampstead.”
