Long process with many bids but ultimately very pleased we chose Hampstead and we are very satisfied with the work. They went above and beyond to find us the exact wood we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Incredibly smooth process from start to finish. What originally drew us to them over other area competitors was the relaxing experience we felt from day one browsing their storefront compared to other area flooring co. It was a huge selling point for us working with a small family owned business (2 Brothers) that we felt gave us a personal experience A-to-Z. Working with Shawn (the brother who does a lot of the business front end) was a breeze. He worked with us on a wide range of pricing options and packages to fit our budget and even found us flooring that they hadn’t yet carried previously (Mannington flooring...they do now have the full displays, It’s awesome, get it!). The install with Chris (The brother who personally does the job from start to finish) was seamless. Knowing the person that will physically be at your home (especially during a pandemic) instead of a farmed out 3rd party contracting crew, was reassuring. Chris made it easy for our family to be in and out and work around his flooring plans each day. He is super chill and a pleasure to have around the house. Most importantly, his work is TOP NOTCH.
