“The team's arrival was right on their projected time frame. They were very well organized, got right to work. They removed the furniture and protected it as necessary. Next step of removing the old carpet/pad was done with precision, including staples, etc. The clean-up was better than I expected as the wood underlayment will be covered up shortly with the new carpet. Overall they were far better than I have experienced in the past when working on my houses. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a basically perfect job from start to finish.”

They were able to complete the removal of old carpet and installation of new carpet throughout our entire upstairs level and the stairs in one day (9 AM - 4 PM). I whole heartedly recommend both the Shaw carpet and the Haight Carpet & Interiors team from sales, to furniture movers to the installers.”

I'm very pleased with how great the hardwoods look and the carpeting, too. The project manager assigned to my work was great. He was responsive and made sure the work was done on time and to my expectations. The logistics team was awesome. The moved all furniture, removed old carpeting and moved furniture back, all flawlessly. I had great confidence in this entire team. They were all a pleasure to work with.
