“I worked with Michael at Haight, who was super professional, very communicative, and helped me get exactly the carpet I wanted. The installers were also super fast and professional, and did a great job. What really stood out to me about the installation process was how after they left, I did my due-diligence to re-vacuum the new carpet, but got literally nothing - no fuzz, no debris, nothing. The install process was also faster than I expected, and I was able to get back into my newly re-floored bedroom ASAP.”

“We initially called to have an estimate done on reflooring our stairs. Someone came out promptly which was great, but then we were directed to come in to their store to look through types of flooring. The initial salesperson we had spoken to on the phone showed no interest in showing us anything and suggested we consider doing the project ourselves. We then ended up buying stair nose pieces that they recommended, after we explained that our stairs had bull noses, and the pieces did not fit. We cannot return them, we’re unable to get a sample to try out before purchasing, and are now left with a bunch of wasted product. Addendum: shortly after posting my initial review, I was contacted by Haight to discuss what had happened. Mark was very helpful and arranged for us to bring back our product. It speaks volumes that they righted what started as a poor experience.”

“I don't review many places, but I have to say that my experience with Haight Carpet and Interiors was probably one of the best service companies I have ever had. Working with Brad, my sales associate and both Cody my carpet installer and Vassey my LVP installer made this process extremely smooth. Haight hires caring individuals, who listen and then follow through with quality work to make sure you are happy. “Brad was great to work with. He is professional and at the same time so accommodating. We had pretty much chosen the carpet, from the small samples, but wanted to see and feel what it was like in a larger area. He had the roll brought to the floor and rolled out so we could walk on it. The installers were great and did an awesome job. My experience with Haight is A+. Highly recommend!”
