“My wife and I recently decided to Cover our hardwood floors with LVT due to the fact that they were being destroyed by our three large dogs. We have only lived in our new home for two years and they were wrecking them. We quickly discovered what an adventure it can be to get not only the right LVT type but the right person to install it. I tend to over research things before I purchase them because I have been burned before. Better safe than sorry. We ended up with three quotes after talking to a couple of vendors. In the end, we chose Joey Webb and Gotcha Covered Floor Covering. The thing I appreciated about Joey is that he was very clear about what we were getting into and what we would need to handle the dogs. He gave us two options at two different price points. We even went by the show room to review the different types and styles of LVT available in person. Joey was very helpful and most patient with us. The quote he gave us and the conversations we had answered all of our questions upfront. Not only that, but it lined up with all of my own investigations into LVT. Trying to get information from the other vendors or get them to adjust their pricing to include thicker LVT for the dogs was either difficult or futile. Joey included the cost of moving our appliances, toilet and bathroom vanity. He also included replacing a quarter rounds along the floor along with painting them. His team did the whole job in one day including moving the furniture and a quarter rounds. Joey not only sold us the product but acted as project manager with his team coming by to make sure that everything was installed correctly. If you are looking for someone and want it done right, call Joey. His quotes were not the cheapest, but the professional service and knowledge and execution he provides is worth it. Also, beware of the cheaper quotes. I discovered the reason that some of them were cheaper is that they were providing us with a much cheaper LVT than Joey was offering. I only figured that out after I dug into the details myself. Thank you for your great work Joey! You get my five star recommendation.”
