“This is the second time we have used Genes Flooring on Navy Blvd. Go shopping at the "big box" stores first, then go to Genes LAST. You will find a professional sales staff that will find you exactly what you need. They have products in all price ranges, but all top quality product. Owners are in the store. Both of the "big box" stores came in at $2000.00 more for my flooring job. Everyone from Pam the saleswoman to Lynn the measure guy to Randall and Damon the installers were fantastic. Honest, polite people you won't mind having in your home for three days. Or you can save yourself the time and hassle and just go to Genes flooring FIRST because you won't find a better crew, product or price.”

“There isn't enough positive I can say about our experience from start to finish. Daphne was well informed and extremely helpful with our carpeting choice. (She also helped me with a housewarming area rug for my sister!) Phone calls were returned promptly and questions answered right away. Our carpet was ready as promised. As for the installation--WOW! Randall and his crew were early, prepared, courteous and an absolute delight to work with. True professionals. Installation went smoothly, and everything was cleaned up completely. After installing our new carpet, they even went up to my 98 year old fathers house and restretched his carpet! (BTW - they did not do the original installation) Would HIGHLY recommend using Genes carpet! Don't forget to ask for Daphne and Randall!”
