“Kevin with Gene's flooring is the best! We had an issue with our floor buckling due to a defect. Gene's filed the claim for us and Kevin was able to get the issue resolved. He fought for our flooring to be replaced, the manufacturing company was only going to cover replacement at 50% but he was able to get them to replace at 100%. Thank you, Kevin! We are very happy!”
