My original order was received in error (wrong size tiles) but the staff was quick to rectify the problem and I had the correct flooring within a week. He's also very committed to delivering quality products and services. His approach to business is mirrored by the great people he employs as well. Adam, my sales rep, was extremely helpful in helping me select the product I wanted and Casey, the scheduler, was very prompt in getting the installation scheduled and providing me with timely updates when there was a slight change to the install date. The installers, Dave and his assistant Tom, did a fast and great job with the install itself.
