“One big negative aspect for me was their phone service. Not once when I called did a live person answer the phone. Even during normal business hours no one answered the phone....EVER! All calls go to a call tree where you have to listen to "For the showroom push 1.", "For the warehouse push 2." and so on. Once you made your selection, all you ever got was another voice prompt to leave a message. ARGH! The sales team were awesome and very accommodating but if you needed anything beyond that it might take a day or two to hear back. For a small-town, local business this is not what I expected. Oh, and what's with $3/foot to edge their own remnants. I had better than a 20% overage of extra carpet, yet they charged me for installation on the full amount of carpet they brought. Yes, they left the remnants, but I had to go elsewhere to get them edged. I had so much to do another company only charged me $1/foot. Hopefully I won't need more carpet any time soon.”

“The salesman was very helpful. I picked out the flooring and was able to take it along home all in the same trip. It was as simple to lay as he said and it looks very nice. I would do busy again with any flooring need I have in the future.”

“Great experience. From start to finish, working with the team at Garvey's was amazing. Our salesman, Ron, was wonderful to work with. He was patient, he answered all our questions, got back to us in a timely manner, and was not pushy. Jess was also wonderful to communicate with. My husband and I waited a long time to redo all the flooring in our house. I always knew, that when it was time to have the work done, that we would choose Garvey's. Garvey's has a great reputation in the area and it is well deserved. Once we chose our flooring and it was time to have it installed, we could not have asked for better installers. Michael and Bruce were perfect. Michael takes great pride in his work. He is more than just an installer, he is a talented craftsman. Not only did he and Bruce do a fabulous job, they were so pleasant , so easy going, while also being very professional. I can not say enough good things about them. Thank you Garveys! We love our new floors!”
