“I chose Galaxy Discount Flooring in Milford to install laminate flooring for my living room. So glad I did! Vinny really knows his flooring, and is incredibly helpful and patient. I was shown all the specials, as well as all the different brands of flooring, and he explained all the differences I needed to know. He encouraged me to spend time checking them all out, and even let me take some large sample panels home in order to make the best choice for our home. He came out to the house for measurements and selecting coordinating trim. He has flooring for every price range, and installation went great. His workers were prompt, polite, and no nonsense. They were done in a timely fashion, and their work was perfect. My new floor looks awesome!!”

“From start to finish, my experience with Galaxy Discount Flooring was phenomenal. My wife, 2 year old daughter, and I walked into the store on a Saturday and were greeted immediately by Vinny. He walked us through all our options for replacing our old kitchen and playroom floors, detailing all of the pros and cons of each one. While doing this, my daughter got bored and ran around the store exploring and even went into the basement where they have their rug storage. I apologized and he said "don't worry about it, let her run around as long as you want". While this has nothing to do with flooring, it meant a lot as many stores would not be as understanding of a toddler running free through their shop. We picked a couple of options and he gave us full floor samples to take home with us. He then scheduled an appointment to come measure the floors within 2 days. He priced out the two options we were looking at and gave his honest opinion on which would look and perform better. He was truly honest as the one he suggested we go with was the cheaper one! He also priced out options based on doing the demolition ourselves vs. his team. Once we decided, he scheduled our install about 3 weeks out based on our availability (he had openings earlier but they wouldn't work for us). On the day of install, the guys arrived on time at 8:00 AM and worked continuously through the day until about 3:00 PM. They were very polite and told us any concerns or suggestions they had based on our rooms and the materials. They did a wonderful job and the new floors truly make a difference in the room. I will recommend Galaxy to anyone in the area for any type of flooring install, they really provide wonderful service.”
