“We called all over town for grout for our bathroom project and floors galore, a very sweet young lady named Jenny, tried her best and researched her distributors but found for what we wanted we needed to go to Wilmington. We did buy some from Wilmington but after we started we realized we didn’t get enough. I called floors galore and got on phone with Jenny who was very helpful. I brought in pictures and piece of grout we ran out of and she did an amazing job of matching it up. It was another brand but we only needed a little to finish and had no time left. She and her staff are amazingly helpful and our next project we will go there first and ask for her!! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.”
