“Floors Galore did a wonderful job with installing our carpets. Although the initial scheduling had a bit of a hiccup, Lee took care of making sure we were taken care of. It took about 5 days for our carpets to come in and they were installed only a few days after. The installers were fast and professional. There were a few minor damages that floors galore took care of. The communication throughout the install was very efficient. They also had the cheapest prices out of the quotes we received. Our floors feel like we are walking on clouds!!!! We love them”

“***2nd update*** Spoke with Lee and booked the appointment for my service. I will provide an update when it is completed. Looking for an install in around 2 weeks. I will provide a final update with pictures when it is completed. Things are moving in the right direction now. ***update*** Lee reached out and clarified the communication issue. I’ll post pictures and final reviews once the install is completed. I came in to purchase carpets for my home and was greeted with friendly service. After finding the floor I was interested in, I requested a quote. My homes measurements were already on record with them and it took them about 48 hours to get us a quote. Three other companies that we received quotes from measured our home and provided us a quote within a day. After receiving the quote, I tried reaching out to Lee for several days trying to lock in a plan moving forward and it’s been crickets from their team. It’s been 9 days of texting and calling and I’ve left several messages asking for a call back so we can move forward with a contract and scheduling for install. For now, I’ll give them 48 hours to turn their service around and then, I’ll give them an updated review but as of now, I’m not pleased with the service.”

We worked with Lee who located the exact flooring we needed to match our existing hardwood. He patiently and thoroughly answered our questions, offered suggestions, and gave us honest, efficient, and knowledgeable service. He communicated often throughout the process to keep us updated on the order, shipment, and scheduling of the job. The estimate by Dustin was professional and offered us several options for services we could choose. We chose to have the installation crew do all the prep to ready the room for the new flooring which was done carefully at a fair price. The team of installers worked skillfully to complete the job beyond our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the staff at Floors Galore and the quality of their products. We plan to be return customers and highly recommend them to all!”

“We have been so pleased with our floors from Floors Galore on Ramsey Rd. in Jacksonville! They were beyond patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating as we tried multiple samples to see what really fit best in our home. Our work schedules are tricky so we dealt with multiple people as we tried samples and everyone was just as friendly as the next person. They were communicative and so easy to schedule with (Lee, I believe, was the main person who did all of this and he was wonderful) -- big home projects never go this well! The crew that came to install the floors were wonderfully professional and efficient.
