We met first with Bob, a Product Manager, who walked us through the various options for replacement carpeting in our sunroom and family room, based on the needs we discussed. We went home with samples, and returned with more questions. Bill Lamperi met with us and thoroughly answered questions until we were confident of our choices. The installation team was exceptionally good. They arrived on time, worked quickly and completed the project as estimated. They were friendly and professional throughout. The selection, buying and installation process were the best we could have hoped for, and what we have come to expect as 30-year customers of Floormax. I highly recommend the Laurel team for any residential flooring need.”

“I just had some carpet replaced with Bill Lamperi and his team. They did an amazing job. We needed our carpets replaced quickly and had hoped to go through another major chain that offered free installation. However, when we got to scheduling the installation, they could not accommodate us as quickly as they promised. We called Bill in a panic and he was able to fit us in in less than a week- and for the same price as the other company who offered "free installation" (Clearly it wasn't free). I am so glad we called them and checked! Thanks so much for all your help! We will be using Bill and Floormax again!”

“Had a great experience at the store with Sam Bagha discussing all the pros and cons of the various flooring types. We finally selected ‘luxury vinyl’ flooring to replace carpeting in our basement rec room. We also had hardwood stairs replacing what was under the carpeted ones as well as having some worn stairs sanded and refinished. All the work was professionally done with minimal mess and in a timely fashion. Everything was done at a fair cost. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend them.”
