“My Wife, Karen met with the owner of Floormax, Rafie in our home to discuss installing a Coffer ceiling. Karen worked out the details and agreed on a fair price for the job . Floormax started on the date that was agreed on. Plus competed the project on the date agreed without any cost overages . His staff was awesome. They did not disrupt any other parts of the house and when completed, his team detailed the work area . After his team was done you would never know there was any work done in our home . “I came across Floormax as I was driving along US 1 and saw their billboard. I had been unable to find the tile I wanted in the store, so I stopped by and spoke with Bob, who was most helpful. He listened carefully to what I said I wanted and showed me two choices I liked very much. We'd originally bought laminate flooring for our bedroom, but found the floors could not be leveled enough for them to lay flat. Bob showed me two vinyl tiles that looked like wood planks. We picked the 7" wide variety and I was able to arrange the transaction with him in just a few emails. Pickup was smooth and efficient and all materials were at a price I thought quite reasonably affordable. He was most helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner and his shared expertise was very beneficial in suggesting the perfect quantity of tile for the job. We just installed it and are delighted with the end results. The product looks just like real wood and even feels like it, too. If you're in the market for flooring, I highly recommend checking out Floormax. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer all questions their customers may put to them. While this is our last tiling job for a long time to come, I'll recommend Floormax and would definitely patronize them again in future.”
