“We worked with Mr. Bagha to replace carpeting on our second level and install hardwood on two sets of stairs and the service he provided was outstanding. Mr. Bagha patiently walked us through lots of different flooring options for both jobs and we never felt any pressure to choose a particular brand. He was very responsive to questions, via phone and text, and even called on a day he wasn't working to make sure we had the information we needed. The installation crews for both jobs were both great and we're thrilled with the finished products. “This is my second experience with Floormax. In our new home, we were pleased to work with the Floormax team and the installers again for our flooring project this year. We love our new Brazilian teak floors! We also had a change order for the stairs/stairnose but they handled it quickly and smoothly without issues.
