“After a malfunctioning washer flooded much of my ground floor, I went to another highly recommended flooring place that gave me something of a hard sell and left me more confused about the merits of various flooring. They ultimately recommended a cheaper flooring that I really wasn't hot on. Then a neighbor suggested Floormax in Aspen Hill. Robert and Masoud were very patient and talked me through all the issues without pressure. I had an instant rapport and connection with both of them and I was consequently able to find a beautiful flooring of engineered wood that I liked very much, and which suited both my needs and my aesthetics. Since that particular material was already in stock, Masoud then did his magic applying some discounts and, after the insurance money, I actually came out a little ahead in the end. The installers came right on time, moved the furniture including an upright piano, moved it all back, and finished the job in 4-5 hours. There's not a gap between boards nor a plank sticking up even a fraction. The floor is absolutely gorgeous! All my visitors concur. It's so good you could eat off of it -- at least for the moment. I cannot recommend Masoud and Robert and Floormax highly enough.”
