Enrique was very helpful and kind, bringing in samples of products they don't usually supply, and repeatedly supplying my condo board with data about the underlay. Javier and his team (Manuel and Freddie) were very friendly and cooperative. They worked very hard and made sure the furniture was put back exactly as I wanted it. Their work was perfect! We could not find a single flaw.”

“As a first time home owner and purchaser of flooring we came to this store not knowing what we were in for. When we arrived it was as you'd expect, flooring samples everywhere and we felt a bit overwhelmed, the store seemed fairly busy and even still a lady greeted us and asked if she could point us to the products we were looking for, and that she would be able to help us once she finished with her current customers, which brings me to my review. Janet Price is her name and flooring is her game! What a wonderful experience. Janet was very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. Even on her day off we had questions and she was available for answers. I can't say enough good things about this company and this sales person. If you need flooring and you are anywhere between us(knowing very little) and a person who installs floors often, this is the only place I feel you need to shop. The amount of flooring variety and the knowledgeable staff make an otherwise scary and expensive ordeal seem effortless. “I have had 3 separate dealings with the fine folks at Calgary Flooring Superstore and I can say with confidence that they will be my go-to, 1 stop shop for all things flooring! Now that these jobs are all done, I feel I can give an honest,  and well deserved review: I first purchased flooring materials for a reno in my home last year with the help of Manley and the whole experience was awesome from the beginning. He was very down to earth and nothing like other sales people I have dealt with in the past. He helped me not only make an informed decision by taking the time to explain my options and show me the durability of the products I was considering, but also gave me a great price that had me speaking to him the next time I needed flooring. The second time I came to Manley it was for a carpet install on the stairs of our home. Again, he showed me my options, helped me understand what my options were and once more hooked me up with a great price. The install was done by Larry, whom Manley spoke highly of, and when he showed up to our place to do the job he was friendly, quick, and did an outstanding job! An absolute gentleman. The THIRD time I called up Manley I needed waterproof laminate installed in a condo we operate as a short term rental in Canmore; The same material I installed in my home during the first reno. I couldn't believe the durability and quality..! This job needed to be completed quickly and well for a short turn over. The man delivered once more! He had Lucas this time come out to Canmore, provide a competitive quote, and when Lucas came back to do the job, completed it in only 2 days. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, and the overall great experience that I have had working with Manley and his team at this company. “I highly recommend Superstore flooring because they have a big selection of flooring to choose from and the best price and the friendliest staff. I decided to put a new floor in my condo but I didn't know what color or which product to use. I received three estimates but they were all very expensive. Then I went to superstore flooring just to look around and I was surprised by the friendliness and kindness they showed me. I was very lucky to meet Janet who was amazing. I'm an old lady and I have a problem walking so she got me a chair to sit down in and a bottle of water and she asked if she could help me with anything. I showed her pictures of my place and she knew right away what to do. She gave me the best price and saved me so much money and she did an amazing job. She also sent the best installer whose name is Mustafa. He installed the flooring so fast and worked all day without taking a break and finished the floor installation in 2 days.
