“We got flooring done by them in 2020 and 2021. The price ended up being higher than the initial estimates. Our laminate flooring turned out great, but the estimate was off because they found some sub-floor issues and we had the same issue with the tile. We had more issues with the tile, grout started coming out between the tiles and the tiles werent set properly so a few cracked. We met with the owner and salesman, they're scheduling a time to fix it. Apparently they didn't use the right grout for our building type. Happy that they're fixing it, but we're not the experts, would have expected them to have realized that when they installed the tiles.”

“We were looking to replace about 1,000 sq ft of flooring in our home with Luxury Vinyl Plank and carpet in one bedroom. “We completed 3 rooms of engineered flooring with Michael and Oleg. Overall we had a great experience with them and the company. Michael was helpful and prompt about getting back to us (better by phone than email though) and Oleg and his team were fantastic in politeness, efficiency, and I really can’t say enough good things about their work quality. I have seen previous hardwood flooring professionally done in a previous house and personally also done it myself and I have never come across a crew as skilled as them. They removed all the baseboards and replaced them (like most crews they do it to paint ready status so it still needs to be patched and touched up) without any damage to the walls or baseboards (which I’m told does not happen often), and the flooring itself was perfectly transitioned to tile and existing hardwood, and even perfectly cut around our built in cabinets without a gap (which Oleg himself said initially couldn’t be done). I am so impressed with the work they did and recommend very highly Flooring Superstores for purchase and install for anyone. The pricing was very competitive and timely as well. The only criticism I have has been commented by others which is that when Michael was away other salespeople weren’t exactly thrilled to help us out and mainly suggested to wait for Michael to return. That said we would go with them again without hesitation. Thanks Michael and Oleg!”
