“I had to have me entire house redone after Hurricane Harvey and Adam was wonderful. I had the entire house's floors....both bathrooms and my granite counter tops in my kitchen done by them and every step of the way was great. I am very happy with the quality of work done along with the customer service provided by everyone involved. I would for sure use them again if I ever need to have anything re-done.....but I am sure hoping another super hurricane flood is not in my near future. “The Flooring Source was my general contractor for home repairs following Hurricane Harvey. They did my walls, floors, doors, trim, cabinets, tile and countertops—not all things you expect from a store about floors! Adam was great to work with in picking out what I needed, planning my kitchen layout, scheduling work, etc and was very responsive to my interest in finding ways to save money in the process. Richard, the owner, was very helpful with insurance paperwork and even took time out to meet me at the bank to get an insurance check processed. Jared was on top of the scheduling with subcontractors and kept me posted on things with regular phone calls. Can’t say enough good things about these folks!!”

“We had a DIY project gone wrong and contacted the Friendswood location for much needed assistance! They laid our flooring downstairs previously and we had great luck so contacted Adam again...and like last time he was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! We had our staircase completely redone...it was torn down completely and new hardwood was placed to match our existing flooring. The railing was replaced and updated....it’s all gorgeous! I highly recommend them to friends and family based on their customer service and their work a combo hard to find!”

“My home was affected by Hurricane Harvey and I had too figure out who was going to do my floors. I didn't look around much but I researched companies online and someone mention this company, not realizing that Flooring source were in Dickinson. Flooring Source were the first place I checked out (even though I didn't want to run around too many places) and had good customer service with Ms. Desiree. My bedroom was carpet first and the rest of my rooms (3) were carpet a couple weeks later, I was thinking they would have several people to do the work but only 2 came for 3 rooms but they did a Awesome job within a few hours, job well done Flooring Source. “Flooring Source did a great job on my beach house. They came to install my floors after the bamboo floors had started to shift and buckle. The installers came while I was out of the country, and after removing the old floors noticed that there was moisture present in the subfloor. They could have easily continued with the installation, gotten paid, and moved on. They did not! They got in contact with me and explained the situation. It turns out that the vapor barrier under my floors were not performing. This resulted in a months worth of major work. Flooring Source patiently waited for the work to get done, without being paid for the installation. Once the work was completed, they showed up the next week and installed the floors. We are very happy with the floors and the work. Had they installed the floors, with the moisture still coming through, we would have had to eventually replace the entire subfloor. We are very grateful that the employees of Flooring Source stopped and notified me. I would hope that most would do this, but I know they will. Thank you again!!”
